Yellowstone Adventure ( What a joy)

DesertDale and Kitfoxgal had one fantastic adventure when they arrived at Yellowstone.  You cross the Continental Divide 3 times when you use the west entrance.

Old Faithful is the world's best known geyser.

You will have the pleasure of viewing animals of all kinds and sizes.  Such as bison, bears, elk, mountain sheep, if you are luck and birds of many type, such as the Rufus-crowd Sparrow .

They have evening programs on Astronomy. 

You must stay on designated trails or boardwalks when near hydrothermal sites.

You can plan on a overnight back country camping in trip in Yellowstone, it requires a permit, they are free.  They start in April. 

 Yellowstone Lake is the largest high-elevation lake in North America.
