Castle Park in Yuma West Wetlands

The Stewart Vincent Wolfe Creative Playground was great site for the young .  On Dec. 28 2014

Some person or persons set the castle on fire.

The City and YPD are asking any information regarding the fire to call (928) 373- 4700.  There is a reward leading to the arrest and/ or conviction of the person or persons responsible for  the fire.

The rebuilding of the  Creative Playground  began on Sept. 21, 2015.   New features will be added .

It  is being planed on building a bigger , better and safer park when the park is ready to open once again..

Construction has started by the Yuma Valley Contraction Co.  It has been very hot at times.  They start early.


The community has raised thousand dollars to rebuild the Castle . If you want to donate for rebuilding the playgrounds  go to:
