Salmon Falls Creek Reservoir Adventure

This was our site at Salmon Falls Creek Reservoir site in Idaho.  DesertDale and Kitfoxgal started out on a birding adventure , but it turned out to be a great tour of the area.  The BLM Campgrounds was just off of 93, near Rogerson, Idaho.  It has shade water and even shade over the tables, plus trash cans, at 5.00 a night, because DesertDale is old enough, we ha to pay only 2.50 .  Unimproved sites are free.

The damp was started in the 1930's on Salmon Falls Creek.  The lake is several miles long.  Boat ramps, dump site, fishing and hiking  are all great.  Plus I can scream as loud as I want , any time of the day.

The Robinson Mine in Ruth, Nevada, that you can see from our site at Egan Crest Trails,  which is several miles away.  They work 24 hours a day.
This info was posted earlier.

There are many, many rocks for the "Rock Hounds".  They even have lots and lots of saga brush.

DesertDale was able to take a photo of a Rock Wren.
Enjoy the posting.  Kitfoxgal
