Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum

DesertDale made a fine choice when he took Kitfoxgal to the Desert Museum .  https://www.desertmuseum.org/

What a fantastic way to speed 6 hours and still not see everything.  There was so many plants and animals of all type that live in the desert to view and talks, That I  will not have enough room to say it all.

This is a "Chuckwalla ".  They avoid capture by inflating it self.
This is a Harris's Hawk.  Plus just one of the trainers putting on the show.
This is a Cactus Wren. They live in desert scrub, cactus, yucca and foothill woods.
DesertDale caught this hummingbird feeding her young one.
This is a  Barn Owl.   They live in old farm buildings, riversides, deserts, towns and mountains.

There are many more photos but not enough places to post them all.
Hope you enjoy this posting as much as we enjoyed the 6 hours we had there and never seen it all.  There also  is a cafeteria there.

Enjoy life.  Kitfoxgal
