Good afternoon to all my readers. This is the second time I am post this issue, as I lost all of the first posting. So here goes.
The other day our "dear " friends, Goldie and Milo, took us to
Nuevo Progreso, Mexico for lunch and site seeing. The only good thing about our lunch was the "Mariachi Band", they were great. Enjoyed them very much. It made our meal worth while. The pizza was the not good at all. The crust was so hard they even had a time cutting it with a sharp knife. There was no taste to it either.
It was just a large Algodones.
Progreso is in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It is cruise line port of call known for its long pier and it oceanfront promenade. It has white-sand beach and good proximity to Mayan archaeological sites.
The gulf breezes and aquamarine waters help make it pleasant for visitors . Progreso is only about 20 minutes from busy Merida.
You can take day trips to many interesting places.
