Texas State Aquarium Adventure Plus More

USS Lexington (CV-2), nicknamed "Lady Lex", was an early aircraft carrier built for the United States Navy. She was the lead ship of the Lexington class, though her only sister ship, Saratoga, was commissioned a month earlier. The ship was buit in 1921 and launched 1925, it is 888 feet long, weight is 37,000 tons.
This is part of the Aquarium, it is docked just out side the Aquraium

Good afternoon folks.  So much is happing, I don't seem to have the time to do my posting.  DesertDale took me to the aquarium a few days ago.  It was a A1 adventure.
Our stay was at the I.B. Magee Park.  Then on to Corpus Christi.

We took a ferry from Port Aransas across the bay.
Then on to Corpus Christi and the aquaruim.
What a fine adventure we had.
More adventure coming up.  Hope you all enjoy this as much as we did.
