Coronado National Monument

DesertDale and Kitfoxgal stopped at Walmart to get her a back pack.  So when they are hiking she has something to put junk in.

This is a Aerostat.  This was the second site for aerostat assigned to Fort Huachuca, AZ. , to help counter illegal drug trafficking. The Air Force, which tried to shut down the project, turned it over to the  Department of Homeland Security   2014.

The mountains in the back ground are in Mexico.

Not many birds, but the Broad-Billed Hummingbird was taken yesterday by DesertDale at Patagonia.  They are found mainly in southern Arizona.

Enjoy this posting, as the Coronado National Monument was not all  that great.  Bought  groceries at Fry's.  Put them in the motorhome,  ate lunch and then done some sight seeing.
